The second year of the Olvida Scholarship for 12 children of Bilibid inmates was a simple turn-over ceremony of the scholarship assistance amounting to P12,000 which was turned-over by yours truly to Monsignor Bobby Olaguer, Chaplain of NBP, with Bro. Danny Degollado, formerly of HRD, as witness.
